Job description:

High-energy, industrial design, manufacturing, distribution and sales company looking for a Customer Service Manager / Production Coordinator to handle customer communications and interaction with production in a light manufacturing environment. 
Custom, high quality niche products produced in a light manufacturing environment.  Customer communication is key along with the ability to translate that communication to production. 
The ability to wear many hats, perform a variety of functions, multi-task, be a strong representative of the company on the phone, work with your hands on the factory floor and perform a variety of tasks with a consistent high attention to detail are critical success factors for this role.
