Job description:
Company is looking for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with 10+ years of proven progressive experience in geotechnical explorations and construction observation and testing related to the following areas:
General Requirements are as follows:
Extensive experience in Transportation Sector projects, preferably in Colorado
Manage the geotechnical project delivery, report writing, analyses etc.
Earthwork, foundation, and construction materials observation and testing.
Strong technical expertise in geotechnical analyses specifically in slope stability, seepage analyses, settlement, retaining walls, shallow and deep foundations are required.
Good working exposure to dams and levees are preferred, but not required.
Preparation of geotechnical reports.
Bottom Line Requirements:
1. Colorado Registered Professional Engineer license (or ability to license in Colorado).
2. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with geotechnical engineering emphasis or related.
3. 10+ years of experience in geotechnical explorations and construction observation and testing.
